of USE
Please
read all terms. This is a contract agreement
.
Outline
Design Terms
Outline
designs are my B&W drawings.
You
may use the outline designs to paint yourself
in any way you like.
You
can use YOUR painted designs for anything
you want to use them for.
You
can use YOUR painted design for personal
or commercial use.
In
other words, once you have painted the design,
you can do what you want with it.
You
can even offer it as a tube.
You
MAY NOT
Redistribute
my B&W drawings in any format
or by any means including those
listed below.
a.
Through any group or mailing list.
b.
Through any website for others to download
c.
On any CD or disk.
d.
With any collection.
You
may not redraw the designs using mine as
patterns.
You
may not use any of my designs to write a
tutorial without permission.

All
designs are drawn by me using researched
Public Domain images, please
see
my page on Public Domain, or from my imagination
without using any copyrighted
pattern
as inspiration. You can use these designs
without worry. I save all my designs in
their
original
psp file format , along with whatever PD
image that I used for inspiration.
According
to law, if a public domain artwork or image
is duplicated exactly, you
can
not claim a copyright on the duplication
because it lacks new creativity. For that
reason,
I
have changed things in each of my drawings
from their original, or have added new things
to
add creativity to them. Therefore, I claim
copyright to all my drawings. But, since
we all know
how
hard it is to enforce copyright, I am going
to use a contract for membership.
Contract
are more binding and easier to legally enforce.

Painted
Pixel's Terms
These
terms are for my painted graphics including
adoptions, stamps, scene's, and
any
painted creations by me that you download
from this site.
You
may use my painted pixel graphics to:
a. Make
sig tags, adoptions, gift exchanges , stationery
and other creations for yourself,
friends,
or for sale by you.
I
do not require a link or credit to be on
the sig tag or adoption, however if you
do provide
one,
I do appreciate it.
b.
You may use them to create web designs for
yourself or to sell.
Please
provide a credit link on the webset. This
can be a text link if you prefer.
c.
You may use them to create avatar's for
yourself or others on forums.
No
credit required on avatar's.
d.
You may colorize them if you need to. Do
this by using the magic wand to
select
the area you want to re-color and then use
the Colorize to color them.
Note:
Re-coloring them does not make them
your designs.
You
may NOT use them to create tubes for Paint
Shop Pro, or
redistribute
them in their original form. You MUST create
something from them.
If
you have a website, I do require a link
back and credit for use of the graphics.
You
can use one of my banners if you like, or
if you prefer, you can
create
one that matches your webset.
I
have tried to keep my terms easy and still
allow you to have freedom to use the graphics
and
have fun with them. If I have missed something
here, please feel free to email me and ask.

Membership
Contract
By
purchasing membership to this site, you
agree to abide by the terms listed above.
By
purchasing graphics from this site,
you agree to abide by the terms listed above.
If
you violate any of the terms stated above,
your membership can be cancelled
immediately
and without notice. If your membership is
cancelled for violation of terms,
no
refund will be issued. This is a contractual
agreement . Purchasing graphics or a
membership
here means you are signing this contract
and agreeing to my terms.
